Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 9, 2025

1. Scope of Services
Veterans Hypnosis provides private mindset coaching and hypnosis sessions designed to help individuals shift patterns, build resilience, and regain control of their thoughts and actions.

These sessions are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. No diagnosis is provided, no medical advice is offered, and no results are guaranteed. Your success depends on your commitment to the work.

2. Booking & Payments

All sessions are scheduled directly with James Scott after your initial consultation. Clients do not book sessions themselves.

Full payment for your program is required in advance and is non-refundable once paid.

Pricing is discussed clearly during your consultation and may change without notice for future clients.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made by emailing [email protected] or calling/texting 443-960-1088.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

Missed sessions (no-shows) are also forfeited.

Emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Veterans Hypnosis.

4. Financial Responsibility
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, or canceled programs.

If Veterans Hypnosis chooses to end services with a client, a partial refund may be offered at our sole discretion.

5. Session Recordings & Privacy

Sessions may be recorded with your consent to support your progress. These recordings remain private and will not be shared without your permission.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared, except as required by law.

6. Personal Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your participation, decisions, and results. Veterans Hypnosis provides tools and guidance, but your effort creates the change.

By working with us, you agree that:

• You are mentally and emotionally capable of engaging in mindset coaching and hypnosis.

• You will seek appropriate medical, psychological, financial, or legal help for matters beyond the scope of this work.

• You accept full responsibility for your choices and results.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
Veterans Hypnosis does not guarantee results and assumes no liability for how you apply the work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Personal, emotional, financial, or relationship outcomes; or

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on the Veterans Hypnosis website. Continued participation confirms your acceptance of the latest version.
